• If your query is relating to the delivery of your order, then we firstly ask for your kind grace in allowing until the estimated delivery date to pass until contacting us and that the quickest and most efficient method is by emailing us.
• If your query is relating to a return of an order the quickest and most efficient method for such related queries is by sending a message via our contact form or emailing us using the email address provided with your order.

Christmas & New Years Support:

-We'll be taking a break for Christmas from Tuesday 23rd December to Monday 5th January 2026.
-Orders placed after 2:30pm on Monday 22nd December to Monday 5th January 2025 will be dispatched on Tuesday 6th January 2026.
-Telephone support will be unavailable during this time and resumes when we reopen on Tuesday 6th January 2025.
-During this holiday period our Customer Services are available on certain days by email only and our availability is shown HERE
-Our response times may take up to 48 hours 
-If you're requesting a return or exchange don't worry, our team will get back to you and an auto-response will be issued with a ticket number to confirm receipt of your email.
