RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We guarantee that all of our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards in the industry and worldwide, and certain that you will be pleased with your purchase. Nevertheless, on the rare occasion that you are not satisfied we will be more than happy to offer a refund or an exchange (subject to availability). Simply return the unworn item to us in its original packaging and with relevant purchase receipts within 30 days of receipt. Please note that in the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept refunds and exchanges on earrings and pierced jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Buyers are responsible for any return costs. 

Please be advised that if you have your item/s altered, repaired, or adjusted privately by an individual or commercially by another company, then this will invalidate your right to receive a refund or exchange. To maintain eligibility on this policy all work must be carried out by V C Ltd or an approved third party company working on behalf of V C Ltd.

Please contact us beforehand so that we can provide a RMA number for your return and accordingly provide you with our full returns address. All returns are usually processed within 24-48hours but may take a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt.
