Important: Temporary Email Service Disruption

Our email provider are are currently experiencing a technical issue affecting both the sending and receiving of customer service emails as of 7am on 10th July 2026.

These are emails specifically sent to us for customer queries or return requests to our email address or via the contact form on our website.

Emails sent to us during this disruption may not be received.

 

We are still operating as normal, and all orders are continuing to be processed and dispatched as usual.

If you've placed an order with us and are expecting an Order Confirmation and Order Dispatch confirmation email, you'll continue to receive these emails, which are unaffected by the issue.

 

We're available by telephone from 9:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday, if you wish to reach out to our Customer Services team 0116 3193570 so that we can assist you.

If you have submitted a return request and have not received approval within 24 hours, please call our Customer Services team by telephone.
