Customer Service Availability over Christmas & New Years
The Chain Hut will be closed from Saturday 21st December to Sunday 5th January, reopening on Monday 6th January 2025
Telephone support will be unavailable from 4pm on Friday 20th December 2024 and resumes on Mon 6th January 2025
During this holiday period our Customer Services are available virtually except on Bank Holidays and Weekends
Our response times may take up to 48 hours and our availability is shown below
If you're requesting a return or exchange don't worry, our team will get back to you and an auto-response will be issued with a ticket number
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday 20th December 2024 to Monday 6th January will be dispatched on our reopening on Monday 6th January 2025.
