Service Update - 16/9/26

 

The Chain Hut will be closed from 2:30pm on Wednesday 16th September to Sunday 20th September, reopening as normal on Monday 21st September 2026.

 

New Orders:

Orders placed after 2:30pm on Wednesday 16th September and on Sunday 20th September will be dispatched promptly as normal on Monday 21st September 2026.

Our website will remain open during this time and you’ll still be able to place orders throughout this period without interruption.

If you're placing an order with us during this time, we'll promptly process and dispatch your order when we reopen on Monday 21st September 2026.

We'll also send you an email to confirm dispatch has taken place along with your tracking number on Monday 21st September 2026.

 

Customer Service:

Telephone support will be unavailable while we’re closed.

Our email support will also be limited during this period. If your enquiry isn’t urgent, please email us as usual and we’ll respond as soon as possible after we reopen.

We’ll continue to monitor emails for urgent issues, particularly problems completing or paying for an order and urgent delivery issues affecting an existing order.

 

Returns Requests:

If you need to request a return for your order we'll approve your return once we return on Monday 21st September 2026.

 

Sent Returns:

Returns received while we’re closed will be processed from Monday 21st September. You’ll still receive an email confirming receipt of your return if it arrives during this period.
