UPCOMING EASTER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND (Thurs 2nd Apr to Mon 6th Apr 2026)

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• We'll be taking a break for the Easter Bank Holiday from Thurs 2nd Apr to Mon 6th Apr 2026.
• During this holiday period our Customer Service Team will be unavailable by telephone or email and will resume service when we reopen on Tues 7th Apr 2026 at 9:30am

ORDERS

• Orders placed after 2:30pm on Weds 1st Apr to Mon 6th Apr will be dispatched on Tues 7th Apr 2026.

RETURNS

• If you're requesting a return or exchange don't worry, our team will get back to you upon our return
• If you've returned an order back to us for a refund or exchange during our break don't worry, it'll be safely stored with the Royal Mail ready to deliver to us on Tues 7th Apr.
• We’ll notify you of receipt with a specific turnaround time for processing your refund from Tues 7th April 2026 when they deliver it back to us on our reopening
