These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing and placing an order from this website you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. All contracts formed between ourselves (Us and You) shall be governed by English Law and any disputes arising in relation to this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We make every effort to ensure our website provides as accurate information as possible on product prices advertised, descriptions and our services. Orders will only be accepted should no material errors occur. We take no responsibility for colours of products not matching the colours displayed on your viewing device as this will vary depending entirely on the reproduction, performance and screen resolution of your device.

At any time we may be required to make changes to the website without notice or warning, including: Changes to these terms and conditions; changes to promotional offers and discounts; amendments to content and product information and temporary or permanent withdrawal of the website.



All prices throughout this website are quoted in £ GBP Pounds Sterling and are applicable exclusively to goods purchased on this website.

Where products will be put on Sale, the original price will have applied either on our website or elsewhere within the company at least twenty eight consecutive days in the last six months.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all prices are correct at time of publication, we reserve the right to reject or cancel an order should there have been a material error in the price advertised at time of the order being placed.



Soon as you have placed your order and completed payment, we will send an email notification containing details of your order. This confirmation does not act as acceptance of your order as this is subject to the following: stock availability and delivery, correct pricing, fraud and identity checks and payment being authorised. Subject to these criteria, your order shall be approved and despatched along with an email confirmation to notify this. It is at this point that a contract will exist between us under these terms and conditions.



For the mutual protection and safety of using this website we carry out identification checks on all orders to validate the details supplied within your order. This is to prevent against fraudulent credit/debit card activity and to promote a secure shopping experience. When conducting checks, we use publicly available records such as the Electoral Roll and may elect third party services to perform checks on our behalf. Should we suspect fraudulent activity we may need to contact you to verify your information. If we are unable to approve your order due to these identification checks not passing we reserve the right to refuse your order and cancel any pending payments.

UK and Northern Ireland addresses

We’re obliged to deliver to the address on an item, and not the name.  This includes where the delivery address differs from the billing address -so there can be situations when the Royal Mail deliver items to your address which aren't in your name, but not the other way round. At the time of placing an order you will be advised on an estimated delivery lead time. Every effort is made to meet this delivery time although on rare occasions and in circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to deliver your order within the advertised timeframe. In the event that this occurs we will notify you of the delay and provide a revised delivery estimate. The only exception to this is if Next Day Delivery has been paid and we have failed to meet the promised delivery date. Where a delivery time is quoted in days, this refers to ‘working days’ defined as Monday to Friday and excludes public bank holidays when ordering before 2pm. If you decide to return your order for a refund, any delivery charges paid will only be reimbursed if the item/s have been misrepresented by us or is damaged or faulty. We may upgrade (but never downgrade) the delivery method for orders that are over £75 and qualify for free 1st Class Signature post to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm at our discretion such as to ensure the contents are adequately covered for compensation by the Royal Mail. If this is upgraded your order confirmation e-mail will confirm this along with a tracking number.

Addresses outside of the UK and Northern Ireland

Non-EU Addresses (USA and Canada): Upon arrival to the destination address your package may be liable for import taxes or duties. Please check with your local authority. Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient.


We guarantee that all of our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards in the industry and worldwide, and certain that you will be pleased with your purchase. Nevertheless, on the rare occasion that you are not satisfied we will be more than happy to offer a refund or an exchange (subject to availability). Simply return the unworn item to us in its original packaging and with relevant purchase receipts within 30 days of receipt. Should there be any irreversible damage to Gift Box packaging returned we reserve the right to deduct a nominal fee of up to £1.50. Should items not be returned in their original or resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or alternatively charge up to the value of the item paid on the order placed. Please note that in the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept refunds and exchanges on earrings and pierced jewellery. This does not affect you statutory rights. Please be advised that if you have your item/s altered, repaired, or adjusted privately by an individual or commercially by another company, then this will invalidate your right to receive a refund or exchange. To maintain eligibility on this policy all work must be carried out by V C Ltd or an approved third party company working on behalf of V C Ltd.



In the circumstance that an order package dispatched from us to the Royal Mail is deemed undeliverable by the Royal Mail owing to: an addressee at the provided address gone away, address being incomplete, address inaccessible by post persons, addressee unknown at the address, refused at the address, or the address being non-existant we will provide a refund amount deducting the postage amount paid. Should the postage have been free owing to an offer provided, we reserve the right to deduct the amount of the postage paid as had would have normally been paid for orders not falling into such an offer. These amounts are namely: First Class Post: £1.95, First Class Recorded Post £3.95, Special Delivery: £9.95.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in anyway, and products that are not normally stocked by us but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or special ordered products may only be returned if the goods are found to be faulty or supplied in error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Permission is only given to all purchasers to electronically copy and print sections of this website for personal non-commercial use only and for the sole purpose of using this website.
