6. Placing an order
Our website has been designed to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable as possible. In addition to providing detailed information about our products and services to allow for a well-informed purchasing decision, we have provided a clear and structured process to navigate through the ordering process. Rest assured, as prices including any calculated discount applied and delivery information is displayed at multiple stages. You will also have an opportunity to make amendments to your order details prior to the final stage of entering your payment details and completing payment.
Stage 1 - Once we have received your order, we will send you an Order Received email. This email does not act as acceptance of your order as this is subject to approval of stock availability, correct pricing, validation checks and your payment being authorised. You will also receive a separate email directly from Sage Pay to confirm your payment.
Stage 2 – We will carry out validation checks and where necessary we may need to contact you to confirm information on your order by email and/or telephone. Please allow a reasonable time frame of your delivery expectations from the date of your order being placed. In most cases validation checks are completed within our standard processing time and therefore will not affect the delivery of your order. However, where we are unable to complete validation checks on time owing to a late response from you or authorising parties, we will not be held responsible for any such orders dispatched and consequently delivered beyond the original estimated delivery time frame.
Stage 3 – Your order has been validated and approved. We will send an Order Dispatched email to let you know that your order is now on its way and will include delivery information. It is at this point that a contract will exist between us under these terms and conditions.
7. Validation Checks
For our mutual protection and safety of using this website we carry out identification checks where necessary, to validate the details supplied in your order. This is to prevent against fraudulent activities and to promote a safe and secure shopping experience. When conducting our checks, we use publicly available records such as the Electoral Roll and may elect third party services to perform checks on our behalf. By placing an order with us you consent to validation checks being made. We may need to contact you by email, letter or telephone to verify information provided before we are able to approve and dispatch your order. In the event we are unable to successfully validate your order we reserve the right to refuse your order and cancel any pending payments.
8. Pricing & Payments
All prices advertised on this website are quoted in GBP Pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT and applicable exclusively to the products and services purchased solely through this website. We will always try to ensure that pricing is accurate. If we have unintentionally advertised the price any of our products and services incorrectly, we reserve the right to exercise the following actions as outlined in the Website Content & Errors section below:
- If no order has been placed for the product or service, to immediately update to its correct higher or lower price without notice
- If an order has been placed but not yet dispatched and the correct price should be lower than the price paid, we will at our discretion refund you the difference.
- If an order has been placed but not yet dispatched and the correct price should be higher than the price paid, we will at our discretion honour the original price or if this is not feasible we reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund
- If your order has been dispatched and the correct price should have been lower or higher, we will simply honour the original price as purchased on the order. We will not issue any partial refunds nor ask for any additional payments.
To cater for the many credit and debit cards that are in use we accept full payment of your order on this website or by telephone. We use a nationally established and highly reputable payments platform by Sage Pay which has the highest level of card data security (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). No card details are ever stored on this website. This means you have complete peace of mind knowing that your details will be handled safely, securely and that you are protected against fraud. Making payment using Sage Pay is completely free and we confirm that there are no additional charges whether using a credit or a debit card. 9. Website Content & Errors
We make every effort to ensure that our website provides as accurate information as is possible in the content published. This includes information on the pricing of products and services, their descriptions (graphic, text, photographic and video) and stock availability. We take no responsibility for colours or sizing of products not matching the appearance displayed on your viewing device as this will vary entirely on the qualitative reproduction capacity, performance and screen resolution of your device. We highly advise that the full product descriptions and specifications are read prior to placing your order. Please be advised that all our products are manufactured to the strict iso9001 manufacturing benchmarks and have thus met the high standards of quality including regular and rigorous performance testing in line with industry standards. In matters particularly to sizing of jewellery products such as bracelets and chains it is perfectly common to find manufacturing tolerances within 10mm of the manufactured size. This will not affect the performance, quality or overall sizing unless a custom-made order is submitted where upon a specific size is agreed upon. We will therefore not be held responsible for any items that are found to be sized within the accepted manufacturers tolerance currently within 10mm of the advertising size.
At any time, we may be required to make amendments to our website without notice including: changes to these terms and conditions; changes to any current promotional offers, discounts and sales; revisions to content such as product prices and information and temporary or permanent withdrawal of our website.
Additionally, whilst we always strive to provide as much accurate detailed information available to help you make a well-informed purchasing decision, we apologise for any unintentional occurrences where erroneous information has been displayed. We reserve the right to amend and correct errors at any time without prior notice both prior to an order being placed with us or upon receiving an order from you but has not yet been approved or dispatched.
10. Offers & Promotions
As a jewellery retailer we always endeavour to offer all our customers the opportunity to take advantage of receiving savings on their purchases with us when possible. For this reason, at different times of the year we run a variety of fantastic promotional sales campaigns in the form of discounted price cuts, multi-buy offers and qualifying discount codes to name a few. These sales will be operating for a limited time only and are subject to stock availability. We also reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time. Sale price items cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless prior approval by us and therefore should any discounts be applied to your order incorrectly; we reserve the right to cancel your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. We offer free delivery when your order value is £100 or more. Please be advised that this is a promotional offer subject to the following condition:
Free delivery will apply to all items including any separate on sale items unless specifically advertised as being excluded. Any order items that are returned will be refunded in line with our standard returns policy, however if the net order value after excluding the value of the items returned amounts to less than the original qualifying free delivery order value of £100 then we shall exercise our right to apply the applicable delivery charge on the order and deduct this from your refund amount. For example, you purchase four chains at £25 each. The total order value is £100 and therefore qualified for free delivery. You then return three chains so the net order value is £25 and attracts a delivery charge of £2.49. You refund amount will be £25 x 3 = £75 - £2.49 = £72.51.
Where we may offer Discount Codes for you to apply during the bag/checkout process for Free Delivery, these such codes do not entitle you to a discount on Express Services, namely: Royal Mail Tracked 24 £6.99, Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery £9.99. We're unable to refund or retrospectively apply a discount code if it has not been applied during the bag/checkout process.
11. Delivery
Any order received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day providing it has been approved. Any order received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any order received between 1pm Friday and 12.59pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday. For delivery charges please refer to our rates table found in our Delivery Policy.
We deliver to the delivery address on an order as provided by you. This includes where the delivery address differs from the billing address. We’re obliged to deliver only to the address on an item, and not the name. At the time of placing your order you will be advised of an estimated delivery time frame subject to the delivery service selected. Every effort is made to meet this delivery time frame although in rare circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather or severe road network issues we may experience delays. In some cases where we believe that you may benefit from an upgraded postal service, we may upgrade your postal service free of charge, but never downgrade your postal service. At their discretion the Royal Mail may not hand over their devices for a signature due to COVID-19 safety measures due to keep you and their post persons safe. In such even they may instead opt to take/use your name and sign for the package on your behalf and then hand over or post your delivery if there is a letterbox. The only exception to this is if Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day Guaranteed by 1pm delivery service has been purchased and we have failed to meet the promised delivery date. For certain postcodes, often non-mainland and very rural areas, the Royal Mail cannot commit to deliver the next working day: They deliver within two working days by 5.30pm to the following postcodes areas: HS2,IM, JE, PA60 - 75, 78, ZE2, 3 . They deliver within three working days by 5.30pm to the following postcode areas: KW16 - non Town, KW17, PH30, 41 - 44 . We cannot be held responsible for any exclusions enforced by the Royal Mail. Royal Mail or Courier Strikes: Where there is a strike by the postal service providers that we use we will notify you on our website to provide you ample opportunity to aid in your purchasing decision. Should there be a strike we will provide clear information on the days that strikes are as the information is readily made available to us by the courier or postal service provider. Late deliveries or delays to your order are expected to be normal on days leading up to the strike, during the strike and after the strike, therefore postage will be non-refundable in instances of late delivery due to Royal Mail strikes.
Where a delivery estimate is quoted in days, this refers to ‘working days’ defined as Monday to Friday and excludes UK public bank holidays.
Delivery to Addresses outside of the UK and Northern Ireland: Upon arrival to the destination delivery address your order package may be liable for import taxes and/or duties. Please check with your local authority as all recipients shall bear responsibility for any charges due.
Undeliverable or incomplete addresses: Our couriers will always endeavour to deliver all orders correctly and on time. In the circumstance where they have deemed this undeliverable owing to the following reasons: addressee gone away, address being incomplete, address inaccessible, addressee unknown at the address, refused at the address, or the address being non-existent your order will be returned back to us. Should this occur we reserve the right to refund your order and deduct the original postage and packaging charged. Additionally, if the postage and packaging was free owing to any promotion accepted, we reserve the right to deduct the expense paid by us as will have normally been charged without any qualifying promotion. These amounts dependent upon the delivery service used as found on our Delivery & Returns Page relevant to the Delivery Country.
Import Duties/Taxes: All orders are dispatched from the U.K. The recipient/buyer is responsible for covering any taxies or duties incurred when importing products. All orders are dispatched from the U.K. Export Duties/Taxes: Where any returns are delivered to us in the U.K., arrive from outside of the U.K. should there be any costs incurred, the sender is responsible for covering any taxies or duties incurred. Any costs will be deducted from any refunds owed. Where the duties exceed the value of the item, a request for payment will be made, for which the cardholder for the transaction is liable. Royal Mail Tracked 48 Return Label Where you generate and use a Tracked 48 Label on their website HERE without us requesting you to generate one, we will deduct £5.00 from a refund owed.
12. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
We understand that when shopping online things do not always go to plan and that your shopping needs can change even after making your purchase. That is why in compliance with UK law, we have outlined flexible resolutions through clear and reasonable procedures subject to the following circumstances:

We cannot refund or replace products that have developed a fault as a result of wear and tear. TRADE ORDERS:
Orders placed with us by companies, individuals, or individuals on behalf of any commercial entity for personal or commercial purposes have 5 working days from the date of receipt to inform of us their wish to return any goods. We do not accept any return requests after 5 working days following the date of receipt. We do not service orders to photography studios, film studios, television studios, production departments, costume departments or theatres.
What we mean by ‘original condition'
Any item that has been returned to us in the exact condition in which it was originally received including its original packaging such as: any protective moisture-proof grip seal bags, gift boxes, silver care guides, polishing cloths and string security tags that read "RETURN VOID IF REMOVED". Should the security tag be removed from the product we will be unable to accept a return. If your item is additionally packaged in a plastic sleeve we accept you require to remove the item from the sleeve in order to be able to try for size. Therefore any item purchased can be worn by trying on for size but must not be returned damaged even if unintentionally caused by accident, neglect or misuse. For example, not being adequately packed and damaged in transit whilst being returned, showing signs of wear such as scented with fragrances or cosmetic products, tarnishing, scratches or having been physically altered. We're unable to accept returns where items wrapped in protective film have been removed from the film or tamper proof return labels removed.
Upon carrying out our inspection, if we have determined any item returned not to be in original condition, at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse your return. This will depend entirely on the individual circumstances: Any item beyond repair will not be refunded and subsequently returned back to you; Any item requiring restoration or repair in order to bring the item available for re-sale, we may deduct up to 50% of the sale price of the item on your refund. For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns or refunds on earrings or cleaning products unless retained sealed and unopened. This does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Excessive Order Items Policy
Order Value Limit:
We reserve the right to limit the acceptance of orders based on the total order value where multiple items are ordered in a single order. Orders containing individual items that total £250 or more require approval from our team before being processed.
Item Quantity Limit:
We reserve the right to limit the acceptance of orders based on the quantity of items being ordered. When ordering individual items in multiple quantities or multiple individual items in a single order, this will require approval from our team before being processed.
For individual items that are priced at a £50 or more, customers are limited to ordering a maximum of 5 items in a single order. This policy is designed to ensure fair access to our products for all customers and to prevent unfair discrepancies in the administration of returns for re-sale.
Orders consisting of excessive items deemed more than three items of a single product type in a single order or multiple order being dispatched on the same day may at our discretion be cancelled. We make every effort to provide detailed and accurate product information consisting of product specifications, photographs and model videos to help our customers make a well-informed purchasing decision. With a recent increase in items not being returned in original condition and a huge demand for our products, stock supply now requires efficient management to ensure we can cater to the very customers who require those products. We kindly recommend our customers to contact us prior to placing any orders certainly when you are trying to ascertain suitability as we’re always happy to help in any way we can. We therefore reserve the right to cancel any multiple item orders placed which are deemed excessive.
