Sterling Silver 3.3mm Diamond Cut Rope Chain Necklace

I brought this chain along with the Sterling Silver Large Rectangle St Christopher Pendant for my son’s 18th birthday. When I first placed my order, I ordered the 4.7mm rope chain, not knowing that the pendant would not fit on the chain. After placing the order I was contacted by the customer service team via email. When I did not respond they text me to say they needed to talk to me about my order. They informed me that the pendant and chain were not compatible and suggested a smaller size. I chose the 3.2mm rope and the team even went to the trouble to fit the pendant on the chain to ensure compatibility. They then called me, send me a picture to show that it was a good fit and took care of the admin side of things so all I needed to do was wait for it to arrive. The quality of the chain and pendant blew me away, I was jealous and my son was over the moon and hasn’t taken it off since! The customer service at the chain hut is impeccable and the communication was superb, they went to all this trouble to ensure I was happy, even making a loss on the total sale price.
I could not be happier and I will be recommending the chain hut at every chance and will using them again in the future.
