RM TRACKED 24 & 48 require a signature upon receipt.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Arrives Next Day by 9pm: Delivered the Next Working Day when orders are placed by 1pm (Mon-Fri), requires a signature on receipt.
When selecting this service after 1pm on Friday, over the weekend or a Bank Holiday, orders will be dispatched the immediate next working day and will delivered from the next working day after dispatch.
Selecting this service will not Guarantee a Saturday delivery.

Please note that although majority of orders are delivered well within Royal Mail’s estimated dates, there may be rare instances beyond our control, where it may take a little longer for your order to arrive. If this is the case then we first ask for your kind grace and patience in allowing a little extra time for the Royal Mail to delivery your order. Once the estimated delivery date has passed please notify us a soon as possible so that we can advise further with you.

If you're seeking to change your original order item(s) for an alternative item (size, length, style etc) please return your order item(s) back to us and kindly replace a new order separately at your convenience.
Steps to Return:
For a Refund:
- Simply contact us via the returns email address on your packing slip at any time within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us you wish to return your order or our contact form HERE
- Within 24-48 hours of receiving your retun request we'll provide you with an Returns Number (RMA Number) and Return Slip for your return.
- Once we've approved your return and provided you with a Returns Slip you'll then have a further 14 days in which you can post your return item(s) back to us.
In rare cases where you have posted your return back to us within 14 days of your RMA Number and Returns Slip issued, but owing to delays within the Royal Mail we receive it outside of this 14 day period, we will consider this to have been returned on time and thereby not hold your responsible for any delays. Any returns that are posted to us after 14 days of authorising your return will not be accepted and returned back to you.
RETURNS CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS:
You should return the unworn item to us in its Original Condition (Click here for what we define as original condition) and original packaging (includes any moisture-proof packaging and giftbox only) and with relevant purchase receipts. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges where items wrapped in protective film have been removed from the product. Obtaining a free Proof of Post/Certificate of Posting from your local post office is recommended to verify the date of hand over. In the rare event you have received a faulty/damaged item you must report this to us within 48 hours. Please note that in the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept refunds and exchanges on earrings and pierced jewellery. When returning please ensure to use one of the Royal Mails Services, if unsure please contact us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please be advised that if you have your item/s altered, repaired, or adjusted privately by an individual or commercially by another company, then this will invalidate your right to receive a refund or exchange. To maintain eligibility on this policy all work must be carried out by V C Ltd or an approved third-party company working on behalf of V C Ltd. Buyers are responsible for any return costs. We also understand visiting a post office may be a risk for some of our customers, therefore as an alternative you may want to drop your items in a post box or have the Royal Mail collect from your doorstep. How long it takes us to process your Return or Exchange:
Whilst most returns are usually processed within 3-5 working days of receipt at this time of the year, please kindly grace us some patience and allow up to 7 working days at the most for us to process your return once it has arrived. We will notify you of arrival of your return by email should you label your RMA number on the front or back of the package. Once a refund has been applied from our system, it may take between 1-3 working days to be processed by your card issuing bank. All refunds once applied will be notified to you via e-mail and sent directly to the e-mail address you have provided to us on the checkout page. Where you have used Social Login (Facebook or Google) to checkout, this will be the same e-mail used for that Social Media Account. If you have not received an e-mail and it is not in your junk or spam folders please contact us directly on the link provided below.

TRADE ORDERS: Orders placed with us by companies, individuals, or individuals on behalf of any commercial entity for personal or commercial purposes have 5 working days from the date of receipt to inform of us their wish to return any goods.
