Service Updates

Greetings to all our wonderful customers,

We hope you are all keeping safe and well. With the national lockdown measures across the country as ever, we remain at your service, so be assured that we continue to operate in fulfilling and dispatching your orders on time.

Owing to the impact of the pandemic and with online shopping being very busy we and our service partners are working extra hard for you. Particularly the Royal Mail who are currently experiencing a significantly higher volume of mail in their network than any previous years. We therefore kindly ask for your patience and understanding to allow them to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as they can. During this challenging time, they are experiencing delays with some parcels taking longer to arrive than normal.

Further information regarding Delivery & Returns can be found on our dedicated Delivery & Returns page HERE

If you need any support or advice on your order, we welcome you to get in touch with our Customer Care Team through our contact page HERE

The Chain Hut team are keeping in regular communication with our suppliers and supporting service providers to keep up to date on the COVID-19 situation.

We will continue to monitor the guidance provided by the Government and Public Health England, act accordingly and to provide any updates to any changes we may be required to make via email and social media.

Thank for your continued support, kindness and patience.

Yours sincerely,

Everyone at The Chain Hut

We’re working hard to deliver as comprehensive a service as possible to all our customers during these challenging times. Every single parcel and letter is important to us. Despite our best efforts and significant investment in extra resource, some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than our usual service standards. This is due to the exceptionally high volumes of mail posted during this further lockdown period, alongside necessary coronavirus-related measures we have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices to keep our people and customers safe. In such cases, we always work hard to get back to providing our usual level of service as quickly as we can.
